It does not describe how personal information is processed within Decanai products or services, where separate privacy information may apply.

Information we collect

If you contact us, we collect your email address, the type and contents of your enquiry, and any other information you choose to provide.

If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address together with information recording when and how you subscribed.

How we use it

We use information provided by you to review and respond to your enquiry and to manage our communications with you. We do this where necessary for our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us or, where you are considering entering into a contract or other potential business arrangement with us, to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.

We use update-list information to send occasional Decanai news and product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

If you provide information in connection with an employment or recruitment enquiry, we may use that information to consider and respond to your enquiry, assess your suitability for current or potential roles and manage our recruitment process. We do this where necessary for our legitimate interests in recruiting and managing potential candidates or, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into an employment contract.

We do not add enquiry contacts to our mailing list unless they separately sign up, and we do not sell personal information.

Who we share information with
